And now for the results of all this fun,
Fabric Added this week - 6 yards
Fabric Added YTD - 34.7 yards
Fabric Used this week - .5 - binding on a quilt
Fabric Used YTD - 5.5 yards
Net used for 2013 - minus 29.2 yds
Just wait, soon I'll be able to add the yardage from Easy Street and head this report in a different direction. It's getting real close to being a flimsey. Keep watching.
You can check out other stash reports at Judy's.
Well I for one, think you should be commended. I'm not sure I would have been able to stop at 6 yards. :) If I had been there, I probably would have come home with whatever you left there. You found some pretty treasures!
ReplyDeleteLove your new batiks! Definitely worth an add to the stash report!
ReplyDeleteYou got some beautiful batiks at that sale. It's a good thing that I don't live close to any quilt shops.
ReplyDeleteOh Dar! These are just GORGEOUS!!! I can just see them beautifying a quilt soon :*) I think you have a very smart car, and it is obviously well trained =^..^=
ReplyDeleteGreat fabric choices!
ReplyDeleteLove the batiks! They are my weakness too. I am actually using some of mine making Block of the Month blocks samples for my guild.
ReplyDeleteLove them and how how could you not have brought them home?
ReplyDeleteIt really does give meaning to "smart" car! lol
Sales are my downfall too. You snagged some nice ones though!
ReplyDeleteIf you really feel so guilty about it, I'd gladly take that grey circle fabric off your hands. I'd hate for you to feel too guilty. We quilters have to help each other any way we can ; )
ReplyDeletecars are now made to seek out quilt shops. Truly!! I was going down a Hwy and came to an intersection with a stop sign. My car whipped around that corner--did a U turn in the middle of the street and pasted its bumper to the quilt shop door! (ROFL--Hwy 212 in Minnesota--Bird Island--Gathering Friends Quilt Shop)
ReplyDeleteI'm with Deb--they are "smart cars".
